Twenty-three years ago, we started as a trading company sourcing gifts and promotional products for a handful of overseas buyers. As our client base grew, so did our need for reliable quality control — so ten years ago, we built our own in-house inspection team.

What started as an internal quality department eventually opened its doors to outside clients under the name Richforth Inspection. Today, that team completes over 200 independent inspections a month for Amazon sellers and importers across the U.S. — most of whom found us through referrals from other satisfied clients.
