Questions And Answers
- For Most Product with quantity between 1000-10000 pcs, production lead time is usually 30-40 days; shipping lead time is not included.
- For the Spec Sample, if modification is needed, another spec sample cost is needed; however,
- If there are issues with our spec sample, we will correct it free of charge.
- 3rd Party will perform Professional Inspection and generate detail report for each and every project.
- Coordination Team will also monitor the status closely and update the client constantly.
- If sample is needed prior to ordering, a random sample could be arranged but additional cost may be required.
- If there are any issues with the production, a satisfying compensation will be proposed.
- MOQ is Different for every product, usually ranging from 500-1000 pcs, please contact us for the MOQ of your desired product.
- Full Payment is needed for the Setup Cost and Spec Sample Cost;
- 30% Deposit is required prior to Mass Production (upon credit approval)
- Remaining balance is needed prior to shipment. (N30 on balance upon credit approval.)
