Normally the quotation will be sent to you within 2 hours upon all the details of required products be clear. If you are in urgent, we also can quote for you within half an hour.

What’s the details be needed for get a exact quotation?

The basic elements for get a quotation are the quantity ,size, color printing, material, box’s structure or usage , if the notebook/book products, it also need to know how many pages inside.

Can i get a sample before mass production?

Sure! We will free make the pre-production sample for your inspection when you had placed the mass production order. If you are on the beginning stage and want to have the sample customized before order placed, we can make it for you too, but you need to pay the basic sample production cost.If you only want to check our production quality, we can also send you our existing sample for you for free.

Is the sample fee be refundable?

Yes, when sample be confirmed and production order be placed, the sample fee will be refund to you. For the specific return proportion pls contact our sales

How long can I get the sample?

After receiving the sample fee and all the details & design be confirmed, the gift packaging or printed products sample time is 4-5 days and Express delivery time 3-4 days.

If the sample i got is bad, can i get another one for free?

Dear, all our samples are be examined by our QC and well packed before sending, if it be broken by the shipping,we will free re-make other piece send to you and you just need to cover the courier cost.
